FOSA’s service personnel are professionally trained to provide our customers the best care and advice in reconditioning their notebooks. The goal of our service department is to maintain customer satisfaction in the time of customers’ needs. We understand that it can be distressing to have troubles with your computer. Therefore, we promise our customers the best service and set a goal of 5 days maximum turn-around repair time of your machine. Service Procedure
· Fill out the RMA Request Form and submit it. You may attempt to request RMA by downloading the form itself and fax it to 908-548-6100 or email service@fosa.com.
Download the RMA Form:
· An RMA number will be sent to you (via email on most circumstances) upon receiving your completed RMA Request form.
· NO RMA number will be issued without a valid Serial Number and Invoice Number.
· Backup all your valuable data. FOSA will not be responsible for the contents of your storage devices.
· Carefully pack your computer and write the RMA number on the outside of the box (best if use original box)
· Make sure you send items listed in RMA Request form.
· Mail the machine to the following address:

  *FOSA will not be responsible for RMA items damaged by carriers
   
Packaging Advice
· UPS, Federial Express, or other carriers provide varity shipping methods. No matter which service you decide to use, we strongly suggest that you purchase insurance for the package to reduce the risk if damage happened during the shipping.
· Never use the "just-fit" size of box to ship your machine. Use the box that double the dimesion of the machine at least.
· Fill the package with Industrial Peanuts, Air Bubble, or Soft Foam (at least 1" thick) to protect the machine. NEVER use newspaper to wrap the machine. They will not provide enough protection for your machine.
   
Service Policy
· Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
· Merchandise damaged by misuse or mishandling will be considered out of warranty.
· FOSA will not be liable for missing parts or damages generated through shipment
· Warranty period on replaced parts or machine will not be extended
· FOSA will not repair or replace anything without your final authorization.
· Out of warranty repairs will be quoted by the Service Department including the following:

Estimation fee: $60
Labor: $75/hour
